I began treatment at Jeevanrekha Ayurved in January 2024 after years of struggling with obesity, diabetes, varicose veins, and related complications. Despite undergoing bariatric and varicose vein surgery, my problems persisted. With their Ayurvedic treatment and lifestyle guidance, I have achieved substantial weight loss, better diabetes control (without insulin), improved energy, and a renewed sense of well-being. The dietary advice is practical and sustainable, and for the first time in years, I feel confident about living a healthier and longer life. I am deeply grateful for the professional excellence and support at Jeevanrekha Ayurved.

I consider myself fortunate to be working with such distinguished individuals as Dr. Mukund Sabnis Sir and Dr. Kanchan Sabnis Ma'am, the founder of Jeevan Rekha Ayurveda Chikitsalaya and Research Centre as part of my postgraduate internship. The clinic's dedication to holistic healing and integrative approach to health made it the ideal place for me to apply my academic learninginto practice. This internship has been a transformative experience, both professionally and personally. It solidified my passion for holistic health and reinforced my ambition to work as a professional Ayurvedic practitioner. The exposure to a broad spectrum of chronic cases of all metabolic illnessesand knowledge of  specific diagnostic tools with advanced biomarkers improved my clinical abilities and I now have a better understanding of how to use fundamental ayurvedic principles in clinical practice. Throughout my internship, I took an active role in patient care, from creating customized treatment plans to performing in-depth consultations. I also learned about the integration of Rasayana (rejuvenation) therapies to help patients regain vitality and strength after illness or stress.These experiential learning opportunities greatly expanded my clinical understanding of herbs, doshas, and Ayurvedic pharmacology. Alongside my clinical practice, I have been actively encouraged to delve into contemporary studies and research that explore the potential therapeutic roles of Ayurvedic medicine. particularly in area of managing chronic metabolic disorders—such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Mukund Sabnis sir, Dr. Kanchan Sabnis Ma’am for giving me the opportunity to work at such a prestigious clinic and research centre.
